This one bedroom, one bathroom, 870 square foot, 1st floor (no steps) apartment will sleep up to four (4) with one queen bed and one sleeper sofa. The bedroom with a queen bed has a ceiling fan/light, and window air conditioner. The eat in kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, dining table and chairs, and a window air conditioner. The living room has a sofa bed, sofa or recliner (in place of chair shown in the picture), ceiling light/fan, flat screen 43" TV, and window air conditioner. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink, medicine cabinet, & hair dryer. Ceiling height is 84" (kitchen is 78"). The rear private screened-in Lanai overlooks the pool, and canal. Toiletry/cleaning  items not included.  No cleaning or laundry service during your stay.  There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the premise.  Check-in 5pm, check-out 10am.

Includes up to 2 people, extra people are $25/person/night or $300/person/month.

Utilities included:  Wi-Fi, cable TV, electric, water, sewer, garbage, weekly pool chemicals service, pest control.​
