This two-bedroom, one bathroom, 1,100 square foot 1st floor apartment will sleep up to six (6) with two queen beds (one in each bedroom) and one sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a window air conditioner. The open floor plan allows for the kitchen, dining room, and living room to be open to each other in a large single room. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs. The dining room area has a dining table and chairs. The living room area has a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners (in place of the love seat in the picture), flat screen TV, and window air conditioner. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and hair dryer. The rear private screened-in lanai with a ceiling fan, overlooks the pool, dock, and canal. Toiletry/cleaning items not included. No cleaning or laundry service during your stay. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the premise. Check-in 5pm, check-out 9am.
