GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION
Very comfortable place 3-5 minutes to the beach and the nice Beach Pub, but with a great little pool and deck on the inland waterway. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. -James L.

WE are located in beautiful fort Myers beach Florida
A waterfront (canal) cottage style 4-unit house at quiet 249 Carolina Avenue off Estero Blvd. on Estero Island. We offer two 1 bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments. All the apartments are fully furnished with full kitchens. There is a solar heated outdoor in-ground pool over-looking the canal. The house is toward the north end of the island, 4 blocks south of "Times Square" (10 minute walk to Times Square) and only a short 1 1/2 blocks (5 minute walk) to the beach!
Unit 21 is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor (425 square feet)
Unit 1 is a one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor (870 square feet)
Unit 2 is a two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor (1,100 square feet)
Unit 20 is our owners apartment, a two bedroom condo located on the second floor (1,430 square feet)
All condos are NON-SMOKING, pets are an additional charge.
